If anyone knows me they know I LOVE christmas time! I love the starbucks seasonal coffee drinks, the cold weather, bowl games, presents, the music, and especially the family time. I love spending time with my family and having fun. This christmas is very different though Daniel and I are married now and it is our first christmas together as a married couple. I am so excited to be with him on christmas and spending time together while he is on his break. We are not going to be able to be with other family this chirstmas and it makes me so very sad. It is crazy to think I won't see my mom and dad on christmas morning. That I am not to pass out the present to all the family members and gather around the table for lunch. That we will not go skiing together and have winter out door FUN. Daniel and I are so SAD but we are trying to be strong. I have to work and it is good because we need that money but sad that I can't be there with my family. I need encouragement and strength to get through this week seeing everyone else with family. I just want to be my normal self and Love Christmas!!!

Living Life
Daniel and I are living life here in
Seattle, you know just trying to fit in a play the part of the city folk. I started the temp position at the bookstore and worked downtown at the husky shop. It was crazy working downtown in the big city. We had some interesting people come in the store but all in all it was a good week working. Daniel has not started school yet so we are just being lazy and exploring the city. Today we are watching football (I mean Daniel is watching football) and going to the store because we have zero food. We love going to the store because the food here is so good, you can get fresh anything. The grocery stores here are wonderful and it is fun going to the store (not like Mississippi when you dread going to walmart...that is not a choice here). It has ok weather so far mostly sunny days mixed in with some raining days. We are going to a new church tomorrow and going to the zoo so Sunday should be a super fun day! Here are some pictures of us when we were exploring campus and boat street which is two streets down from us.....we are so close to the water. My new favorite thing is watching the bridge split in two when the big boats go through..i know it is silly but it is so COOL!!! Oh and some pictures of top pots which is a famous doughnut store here in Seattle we saw it on the food network channel. oh and some pictures of us tailgating at the apartment for the big game...I know it is lame but we need some tailgating too!

We love it here so far! The ride up here really so super long but we made it without any real problems. We got here the first day and unpacked everything in the new apartment. My grandfather's brother lives here and came to help us unpack the U-Hal - it didn't take very long but what took long was finding the place to return the stupid U-Hal all we wanted to to was get rid of that silly thing and we drove all over looking for the right place to take it.
After finally finding the place Uncle David and Aunt Linda took us out to eat at a Pizza place on Boat street which is two streets down from where we live. This is where the big yachts dock. The next day we woke up and started unpacking. From the look of all are stuff we thought it was not going to fit but we realized the boxes just take up a lot of space. After unpacking we went to the store because we had zero food. I have never spent that much on food before but starting from nothing is hard.
The next couple of days we kept unpacking until we had everything in its place. The first weekend we went to ikea and bought our new beautiful couch. Of course it is brown but that's OK because Dan let me get some cute pillows to dress it up.
On Monday I hit it hard looking for a job and found a temporary position at the University Bookstore. I am excited to start working and meeting new people. Still going to keep looking for a job where I can actually use my degree but for now we can pay rent and eat so I think we will be OK. I am going to try harder to keep everyone up to date but it has been so crazy getting settled here. I start work next Friday so pray for me that I can make new FUN friends. Here are some Pictures of the Apartment and our trip up here.

Wedding and honey moon
Daniel and I are married!!
Everything went great and so wonderful. I feel like everyone had a good time and enjoyed themselves. I want to thank my friend because they helped me and made me less stressed! Thank you Raysha for being the best maid of honor and being there for me. Thank you Shelby for picking up everything after the reception i really appreciate it because it made mom less stressed. Thank you Brooke for all the hard work you did the day before putting up all those dang lights. Thank you Holli for the fans and sweet kind words (oh and the pink thing). Thank you Mykela for being dancing. Thank you kaylee for being here for me and keeping everyone clam. Leah thank you for standing up there and being beautiful even though you were hurting. And Sarah thank you for EVERYTHING you made the wedding go so smoothly!
The honeymoon was so fun! We saw mickey mouse and Minnie mouse. We went to every park and rode almost every ride. We stayed at the Disney Swan and Dolphin resort and it was so nice. The first night that we were there the hotel brought us champagne and chocolates. The next day we went to magic kingdom and then at the French restaurant in Epcot. This was the nicest meal i have ever eaten. We had 4 course and wine with every course but it made us so full!! The next day we went to Disney's Hollywood studios and rode everything there. I thought i lost the camera that day but it was only lost in the book bag but i still cried (hahaha). We rode toy story but this happened to be at the time i thought i lost the camera so i could not enjoy it as a much as i could. This would be because Daniel won and i lost but i did not have my game face on so it didn't count (Daniel and i are a little competitive). That night we went to the sci-fi restaurant and got light up drinks. We thought we were so cool. The last day we went to animal kingdom and ate at the African place for lunch we were to full and so we had to nap it off. We woke up and went to the Japanese restaurant for supper and watched the fireworks from the dinner table. The day we left was my birthday so we eat German and then headed home. We had such a good time! Thanks Mr. Richard and Mom and Mema for the trip it was the best time EVER!!!
We move on Sunday and are looking forward to starting our new married life. Not looking forward to driving 3 and a half days but its all good. Please Pray for us 1. that we don't kill each other in the car 2. that i stay clam 3. that we will travel safely and 4. that we will take in all the scenery around us and really enjoy the time we have together to travel across America and take in Gods beauty.

Count down to the wedding!!
Only 9 more days until the wedding!
Everything is going pretty smoothly except me being stressed out that everything will not either look good, be nice, and all come together the way I want it. I am trying to be sweet and not be angry but sometime I just can't (especially when it come to wedding Stuff). Anyways things really are going good. Daniel is being such a big help and is being so sweet and nice to me a this time were I am not so sweet and nice. I am ready to be done with all of this but when it is over will miss it ( I think).
Just a little shout out to my ever ready mother...You are wonderful and thank you so much for everything because I would not be having a wedding without her.
I am so excited for everyone to get here next week and to see everyone. I just hate waiting.....
On a side note: I need to get rid of these stupid pimples from being so stress out. I have already been doing everything i could possibly think but please let me know if you know a miracle to getting rid of them FAST!!!

Things I Think You Should Know: Zombie Cat
So, everyone knows about Schrodinger's Cat, right? I understand that that's common knowledge among you non-physical-sciences types.
You know, there's a cat in a sealed box with a flask of poisonous gas. The flask has a certain probability of breaking (the key to Schrodinger's argument is that the mechanism which (non-restrictive, I know (abrasive use of parentheses, I know)) determines the breaking of the glass must be governed by some process known to obey quantum mechanics), and according to the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics the flask exists in a probabilistic superposition of both brokenness and un-brokenness. Ergo, the cat exists as both dead and alive at the same time - until you open the box, anyway. If you don't like my explanation, Sheldon does a fantastic job:
This hypothetical experiment is now universally used on non-physicists to introduce some of the conceptual ideas surrounding quantum mechanics. I would bet that if I walked outside and asked non-physicists (they're everywhere) what comes to mind when they think about quantum mechanics, at least half of them would mention Schrodinger's cat. This way of thinking about quantum mechanics - that things exist simultaneously as multiple possibilities until they are examined - is usually known as the Copenhagen interpretation (or at least a part thereof) of quantum mechanics, but from hearing about Schrodinger's cat so much, you would think that it was his idea.
This brings me to the purpose of this post. This is what I want you know: when Schrodinger wrote about this cat, he was trying to say that the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics - the very thing with which most people nowadays associate Mr. Schrodinger - was stupid. He thought it was absurd to think that a cat could be both dead and alive at the same time and that his example discredited the Copenhagen interpretation (Comp II told me that this is called reductio ad absurdum).

Packing....
I set down and open a box then: put a movie in, cooked super, thought about how much a wanted some chocolate, opened another box to put stuff in, went to the store to get chocolate, talked to Brooke on the phone, and started blogging. Packing is so HARD!! I just wish a had money so I could pay someone to pack for me.

Daniel and just being sweet!
On a lighter note we also went to movie gallery because it is going out of business and got 10 new DVD's for 10 dollars. We are so excited becasue we got 10 new DVD's that we wanted to see for less than it cost to go to one movie. YAY for cheap DVD's!!!

Seattle here we come!!
We just got an apartment in the university district right next to the university.
It is a small apartment but it is just a block from the physics building so we couldn't pass up the opportunity to live so close to Daniels work. I have not had any leads on jobs yet, but i am hoping to find something soon. We are moving on the 22nd of August which is a month before Daniel starts school so potentially I can find find a job in that month. I have a degree so hopefully I can find something I want to do!
